By ordering the system from us you confirm and accept that teeth whitening may cause some mild sensitivity, which will subside within a few days of completion of the treatment.
Teeth whitening will only lighten natural teeth, crowns, bridge work, veneers, fillings and denture work will not be lightened.
A dental examination has been carried out and that you can confirm that you do not have loose or decayed teeth and that you have no loose crowns, bridge work, veneers or fillings.
You can confirm that you do not have gum disease.
You accept that impression taking carries a risk of dislodging loose teeth, crowns, bridge work and fillings.
You can confirm that the whitening trays will only be used by the customer, with the whitening gels supplied.
You accept that consumption of food and drink containing dark colorant, will affect the time it takes to achieve the degree of whitening required.
You can confirm that you are not pregnant and are not a nursing mother.
You can confirm that you are over 18 years old.
You can confirm advice has been sought from your GP if you are on any medication.
You accept that the staff of Get Whiter Teeth UK are not dentists.
You accept that refunds will only be given at Get Whiter Teeth UK´s discretion.
You accept that Stage One of the system will be sent out within 24 hours of taking payment and Stage Two will be sent out within 5 working days on receipt of your impressions. Stage One and Stage Two will be sent Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Someone will have to be available at the delivery address to take delivery. If delivery is not taken and Stage 1 or 2 is sent back to us additional postage will be charged to resend your order. We post to the UK only.
